Since 1971, the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation (OCYSF) has been dedicated to supporting and enabling a thriving youth community through sport. Our annual Sportsperson of the Year Banquet is a gala event which celebrates the accomplishments of a prominent sports figure, and the vehicle for generating funds used to enhance OC youth sports programs, provide opportunities for underprivileged and disabled OC students to attend major sporting events, and award college scholarships to graduating OC high school scholar-athletes.
