Every organization receiving a grant from the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation has a responsibility to report on the use of the funds granted. The Foundation requests a simple follow-up report that provides an update on the organization or specific program that was funded. The timing of the update should be between 6 and 12 months after receiving funding. Failure to report could influence future grant decisions.
