“To help OC youth gain access to sports and programs that will help give them opportunities to elevate their lives and learn principles and skills such as hard work, sacrifice, teamwork, and leadership.”

Bradley Schmitt is the Managing Director at Savills, where he represents business owners and corporate occupiers in leasing, acquiring, and developing real estate. With a background in both business and law, Brad brings expertise and strategic insight to every transaction, helping his clients make informed decisions about their real estate needs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from BYU Hawaii and a JD/MRED from Arizona State University.

Brad’s athletic background includes playing collegiate basketball, golf, tennis, ultramarathons, and surfing. He has also coached basketball, passing on his love for the game to the next generation of athletes. Brad believes sports have taught him invaluable lessons in teamwork, sacrifice, hard work, and leadership while also helping him build lasting friendships throughout his life.

In 2014, Brad joined the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation (OCYSF) Board with the desire to give back to the youth sports community and make a lasting impact on young athletes in Orange County. He currently serves as the Chair of the Scholarship Committee and Treasurer. Brad is passionate about helping youth gain access to sports programs that elevate their lives and teach them essential life skills such as discipline, perseverance, and leadership.

Brad lives in San Clemente, California, with his family. Outside of his professional and volunteer work, he is an avid runner and has completed five 100-mile ultramarathons. His commitment to hard work and pushing limits in both his personal and professional life sets him apart.
