Andrea Manes is the Executive Administrator of the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation (OCYSF), where she oversees all activities, accounting, programs, correspondence, and the work of various committees and subcommittees. With over 50 years of experience working in the City of Anaheim and Orange County, Andrea has played a key role in numerous community outreach, marketing, and public relations efforts. She is known for her involvement in founding and directing several impactful programs, including “Paint Your Heart Out” and “Build Your Heart Out,” which assist seniors and homeowners with home improvement projects. Additionally, Andrea has directed the “Anaheim Children’s Festival” for 32 years, providing free arts experiences to children and families, and managed the “Symphonies of the Cities” with the Pacific Symphony Orchestra.

Andrea has held significant leadership positions in the community, including serving as President of the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce in 1999, and working in community outreach and public relations roles for various organizations, including Anaheim Memorial Hospital, St. Catherine’s Academy, and Anaheim MUZEO. Her public relations company, “The Fun Starts Here!”, specializes in community outreach and event management.

A proud first-generation American with roots in Athens, Greece, and Hungary, Andrea brings her cultural heritage and passion for community service into everything she does.
