Whether representing global corporations, entrepreneurs, or individuals, Kristopher’s goal is always the same: to deliver results, efficiency, and justice. He excels in the courtroom and boardroom, and also enjoys the role of counselor, advising and educating clients to help them achieve their objectives through strategic and creative legal solutions.

With over two decades of experience, Kristopher represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of litigation, including employment disputes, trade secret cases, business disputes, contract breaches, securities litigation, whistleblower claims, and more. Kristopher was recognized as a Rising Star by Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine and Los Angeles Magazine from 2009 to 2014, a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40. He is also rated “Superb” by Avvo.com, further solidifying his reputation as a leading attorney in his field.

In addition to his legal career, Kristopher is deeply committed to his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation (OCYSF) and was previously a commissioned officer in the California State Guard, where he provided legal counsel to commanders and soldiers. He also served as a volunteer Deputy District Attorney through the Orange County District Attorney’s Trial Attorney Partnership program, prosecuting several jury trials.

A native of Orange County, Kristopher is an avid triathlete, having completed numerous races, including sprint and half-ironman distances. When he’s not working or training, he enjoys spending time with his three children and working on his collection of vehicles.
