James (Jimmy) Freeman III is the Co-CEO of Blue Sky The Color of Imagination LLC, a family-owned business based in Irvine, California. Blue Sky designs and distributes high-quality, fashion-forward organizational products that are sold at major retailers across North America. Under Jimmy’s leadership, Blue Sky has grown to become the number one dated goods brand in the United States, providing consumers with innovative and stylish planning solutions.

Jimmy earned a degree in Accounting from Bucknell University in 2003, where he also played on the golf team. He went on to complete his MBA at UC Irvine in 2010, further developing his leadership and business acumen. His career at Blue Sky reflects a dedication to innovation, team-building, and sustainable growth.

Jimmy has been an active member of the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation (OCYSF) Board since 2010. His passion for providing opportunities for kids to experience the joy of sports led him to join the board, where he has held positions such as Auction Chair. Jimmy believes that sports play a vital role in building long-lasting friendships and helping kids develop essential life skills.

Jimmy resides in San Juan Capistrano, California, with his wife Channing and their two children, James (12) and Caroline (9). In his free time, Jimmy enjoys skiing and playing golf with his family, continuing to embody the values of teamwork and balance that he has carried throughout his life.
